Currently, at the time of XPS V1 valve opening and closing operation, a phenomenon in which the valve does not close completely has been frequent.<\/p>\n

If the device recognizes that no closed valve, you cannot open the sample preparation chamber.<\/p>\n

However, sometimes it is completely closed when the try several times to open and close the valve.<\/p>\n

You can confirm whether the valve is completely closed in the lighting situation of V1 alarm light on the vacuum system drawing to the left of the sample preparation chamber vacuum gauge. The valve is open when the lamp is lighting.<\/p>\n

If you wish to use the XPS before repair, please use by checking the lighting situation of this lamp.<\/p>\n

In addition, for V1 valve repairing, the XPS is not available during the following.
\nXPS maintenance period: 1\/8 (Fri) 14:00 ~ 1\/12 (Tue) 10:00<\/p>\n

\u88c5\u7f6e\u5074\u3067\u30d0\u30eb\u30d6\u304c\u9589\u307e\u3063\u3066\u3044\u306a\u3044\u3068\u8a8d\u8b58\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3068\u3001\u4e88\u5099\u5ba4\u306e\u771f\u7a7a\u30c1\u30e3\u30f3\u30d0\u30fc\u3092\u958b\u653e\u3059\u308b\u4e8b\u304c\u51fa\u6765\u306a\u3044\u70ba\u3001\u30b5\u30f3\u30d7\u30eb\u306e\u5c0e\u5165\u3084\u56de\u53ce\u304c\u51fa\u6765\u306a\u304f\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
