Since the backscattered electron detector of the SEM will be repaired from the week of February 20th, we will not be able to see backscattered electron images for a while.<\/p>\n

The start date and end date of the repair are undecided.<\/p>\n

However, since there is no problem in viewing secondary electron images, SEM can be used normally except for backscattered electron and low-vacuum modes.<\/p>\n

We will notify you again as soon as the backscattered electron detector has been repaired.<\/p>\n

Also, from March 22nd to March 24th, AES will be undergoing maintenance due to the EBSD update of AES.<\/p>\n

AES will not be available during the maintenance period.<\/p>\n
