Laboratory of XPS analysis began the operation of the atomic force microscope(AFM, SPA-400) and confocal laser scanning microscope(LSCM, 1LM21D) from today.
AFM can measure unevenness information of solid sample in nanometers order.
LSCM can do light microscope observation and 3-dimensional shape measurement in micrometers order about solid sample.
The university students and faculty members are available these equipment.
Please contact the facility staffs if you would like to use these.
Have made a reservation of equipment at the laboratory’s booking site, you will receive the equipment initial training by facility staff no the day.
Fee will be 100 yen / hour in both equipment (effective from May 1st. It is free until then).
For AFM, a cantilever be prepared by the user.
It is also possible to use the cantilever facility hold. But if you broke the cantilever, we will charge the cantilever fee.

全学共同利用施設 光電子分光分析研究室では本日より共用機器として原子間力顕微鏡（AFM、型式SPA-400）と共焦点レーザー走査型顕微鏡(LSCM、型式1LM21D)の運用を始めました。
AFMでは固体試料の凹凸情報をナノメートルオーダーで測定する事が出来ます。
LSCMでは固体試料の光顕観察とマイクロメートルオーダーでの3次元形状計測が可能です。
AFM、LSCMとも本学の学生・教職員の方はご利用頂けます。
ご利用されたい方は、まず当施設スタッフまでご連絡下さい。
当施設の装置予約サイトにて装置の予約を行ってもらい、予約当日に当施設スタッフによる装置初回講習を受けて頂きます。
利用料金については両装置ともナノテクユーザー、通常ユーザー共に100円/１時間(５月１日より施行。それまで無料です)となります。
AFMについては原則、カンチレバーはご利用になるご本人にご用意をお願いします。当施設保有のカンチレバーをご利用になる事も可能ですが、カンチレバーを折ってしまった場合はカンチレバー代を別途請求させて頂きます。
