Currently, at the time of XPS V1 valve opening and closing operation, a phenomenon in which the valve does not close completely has been frequent.
If the device recognizes that no closed valve, you cannot open the sample preparation chamber.
However, sometimes it is completely closed when the try several times to open and close the valve.
You can confirm whether the valve is completely closed in the lighting situation of V1 alarm light on the vacuum system drawing to the left of the sample preparation chamber vacuum gauge. The valve is open when the lamp is lighting.
If you wish to use the XPS before repair, please use by checking the lighting situation of this lamp.
In addition, for V1 valve repairing, the XPS is not available during the following.

現在、XPSのV1バルブが開閉操作時に、バルブが完全に閉まりきらない現象が頻発しております。
装置側でバルブが閉まっていないと認識されていると、予備室の真空チャンバーを開放する事が出来ない為、サンプルの導入や回収が出来なくなります。
ただ、バルブの開閉を数回試すときちんと閉まる時もあるので、その場合は通常通り使用してスペクトルを測定する事が可能です。
V1バルブが完全に閉まっているかどうかは装置本体の予備室真空計の左にある真空系図面にあるV1アラームランプの点灯状況で確認出来ます。
ランプが光っている場合はバルブが開いている状態、消灯しているとバルブが閉まっていると認識されています。
修理前までに装置をご利用になる場合、このランプの点灯状況をご確認の上、ご利用下さい。
V1バルブの修理の為、下記の間装置をご利用頂けません。
