We have updated the XPS(photoelectron spectrometer) simple manual(sorry, only Japanese version) .
The manual is divided into two books in the measurement part and the analysis part.
The measurement part introduce from general measurement methods to special measurement methods.
And, the analysis part introduce data processing and general analysis methods using “SpecSurf (Analysis)” .
Users who are already using XPS, please read the manual carefully and understand the contents.
We will prepare Eng.version before long.
