While regular maintenance of the equipments had finished last week, a problem occured at the adjustment of the ion gun during meintenance, and did not recover during this period.
We schedule re-adjustment of Ar+ ion gun(sheduled for July 21 around).
Until then, you can not use the Ar+ ion gun.
but, you can measure XPS spectrum.
Users who are scheduled to the Ar+ ion gun combination measurement(depth profile or contamination removal), please wait for the restoration of the Ar+ ion gun.

装置の定期メンテナンスが先週終了しましたが、メンテナンス中にイオンガンの調整で不具合が生じてしまい、当期間中に復旧出来ませんでした。
Ar+イオンガンの再調整を近日中に行う予定です(７月２１日～近辺を予定)。
それまでの間、Ar+イオンガンを使う事が出来ません。
それ以外のスペクトル測定などは問題なく出来ます。
デプスプロファイルや表面のコンタミ除去でAr+イオンガン併用でのXPSご利用を予定されているユーザーはAr+イオンガンの復旧をお待ちください。
